NICK Eddlemon

Nick Eddlemon is the Principal of Olive Branch Middle School in Desoto County and has been honored to work with a great community and staff and has really enjoyed being a Quistor this past year.

Nick lives on his family land in Tunica County, but he calls Desoto County his home since he has lived and worked there most of his life. After graduating from Southaven High School, Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University. He then began his teaching and coaching career, where he mentored students at West Memphis Christian School, Magnolia Heights School, Center Hill High School, and Hernando High School. Although baseball and volleyball were his primary sports to coach, Nick started the Archery program at Hernando where they won the North Half Championship in their 3rd year.

With a Master’s degree from Arkansas State University, Nick has since entered Administration, spending time at Southaven, Lake Cormorant, and Horn Lake Middle Schools before becoming Principal of Olive Branch Middle. His claim to 15 minutes of fame was a viral video of a haircut from a local barber that made its rounds a few years ago, but Nick hopes to be known for the relationships he has built with former players and students to help them become more mature, successful adults.

Nick has a wonderful family, including his wife of almost 23 years, Daphne, and three great children who have brought them much joy: Jaci, Jadyn, and Brody who are 19, 17, and 15, respectively.
