MOLLIE SPENCER

Mollie Kidder Spencer grew up in Senatobia, Miss., and graduated from Magnolia Heights School in 2003. She went on to get her Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi in 2008 and received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011. She managed a Walgreens store in Madison, Miss., before moving home to Senatobia where she bought Community Discount Pharmacy in 2018. After purchasing and renovating an historic building in downtown Senatobia, she moved the pharmacy in 2020, adding Mac and Charlie’s Soda Shoppe and Lillian’s Loft to the business.

Mollie is married to John Spencer, who is Vice President of the Senatobia branch of Guaranty Bank. They have two sons Charlie (8) and Mac (7) and one daughter, Lillie James (2). The Spencer’s reside in Senatobia, where they are active members of the First Methodist Church of Senatobia. Mollie is also an active member of the Rotary Club, Cosmopolitan Club, Senatobia Mainstreet Board of Directors, and Historic Preservation Committee.

This year, Mollie serves as the president of the Junior Auxiliary of Tate-Panola counties. She thoroughly enjoys serving with this group of ladies that provide many service projects in Tate and North Panola counties. Some of these include Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Touch-a-Truck, Como Closet and Como Christmas, Five Star City Fest Kids Zone, and providing goodie bags for state testing just to name a few. Some of her JATP friends and members will be dancing with her. When asked “who will you dance with?” It was a no-brainer. Being a part of this group of ladies that give so much back to our community is one of Mollie’s proudest endeavors - not to mention the fun they have together!
